Eastern’s trucks equipped with Vactor® technology are a valuable asset to our company. Vactor® allows our technicians to operate with more precision, efficiency, and safety compared to other vacuum trucks. The mechanical boom can reach far into confined spaces such as sewers and catch basins to vacuum up the desired material. Another unique aspect of Vactor® trucks is their ability to ‘hydro-excavate’ compacted sediment. For example, if a storm-drain is compacted with debris and soil, the ‘hydro-excavator’ attached to the truck’s front can blast away solidified debris with high-pressure water jets. We commonly use this technology for storm-drain maintenance, sewage routine cleaning, etc.
Our fleet of Guzzler® trucks are incredibly versatile and take care of a wide range of services. Guzzler’s® function as a high-powered vacuum system. They are capable of vacuuming an impressive range of materials such as solids, powders, liquids, sludge, and more. We commonly use these vehicles to remove oil-contaminated soil, crawl-space excavation, soft digs, etc.
Eastern is equipped with a variety of Geoprobe® systems. Each one designed to tackle a different problem. Geoprobe’s® function as a drill using patented ‘Direct Push Technology.’ These machines allow us to collect soil samples and groundwater samples from 100+ feet below ground, perform geotechnical work, etc. We can use these machines indoors in commercial buildings, factories, retail stores, etc., to collect soil samples below buildings without costly flooring dig-ups. For example, using a Geoprobe®, our technicians could go into a warehouse and find contaminants underground without ripping up the warehouse floor.
Eastern Environmental maintains the region’s largest fleet of Vacuum Trucks. This Vac Truck shown is one of the newer additions to our vacuum truck fleet. On a regular day, Eastern Environmental deploys multiple vacuum trucks to various job sites across New York. Our expert technicians utilize vacuum truck technology for various jobs, including water/flood damage, tank pumping for boats and yachts, removal of waste oil, monitor well maintenance, and more. Eastern has vacuum trucks that transport both hazardous and non-hazardous materials.

Our COVID-19 Decon Response Team is one of the newest departments within Eastern Environmental Solutions. This is also one of our busiest departments with 24-hour emergency response calls nearly 7 days a week during COVID-19 surges in New York.
Our COVID-19 Decon Team is equipped with electrostatic sprayers, ultra-low volume (ULV) fogging machines, and more, allowing us to decontaminate any and all surface types. Our personnel operate at the highest standard of safety and receive extensive training such as OSHA 30, HAZWOPER, Pathogens, and Confined Space Entry as to assure a job well done.
Eastern Environmental Solutions has an impressive 50,000-gallon liquid capacity amongst its tanker trailers. The tanker trailer in this photo has a 7,000-gallon capacity and is a great tool for our team. We frequently use these tankers to transport various liquids such as oil, septic, and water.
