When our staff technicians arrive at the scene, we first ask clients inside the property to move outdoors while we perform our disinfecting service. Our disinfectant, Benefect Decon-30, is non-toxic and lightly scented; however, we still request occupants to evacuate indoors to avoid irritating any occupants. Once the property’s interior is evacuated, our technicians will perform the disinfection using equipment such as ultra-low-volume (ULV) foggers, electromagnetic sprayers, disinfecting cloths, and more! After the disinfection service is completed, occupants can return inside to a disinfected property 30 minutes after the cleaning.
